Heat Pump
- Please use remote contol located on the wall at the end of the kitchen counter to control the heating and cooling
- DO NOT adjust wall Thermostat
Woodstove
- Feel free to use the woodstove for heating and ambiance :)
- Lever to the right of the door - Controls exhaust. Pull out to start fire, push in once fire is established
- Center Lever below the door - Controls intake. Pull out to start fire, push in to slow flame and shut down
- Split wood on back porch, and additional wood in the woodshed if needed
BBQ
- On front porch
- Charcoal and lighter fluid inside the lid
Check out List
- Set heat pumpto 55° (with remote control)
- Turn off all lights inside (leave exterior lights on)
- Put all garbage in outside garbage can by back door
- Make sure all windows are locked
- Shut all blinds
- Lock sliderand place wood bar in track
- Turn off all table fans (ceiling fan will remain on)
- Turn TV off and place remote control on table in front of TV
- One last look for personal items
- Lockback door behind you
- Please pick up after your pet
